This  home is  centrally located in  Southwest  Las Vegas only 4 miles from the Las Vegas Strip (short 6 minutes from Wynn  Hotel  & Casino) in  a million  dollar  residential  neighborhood.   A  spacious 2  story  4,000 sq. ft.  home    with  5 Bedrooms, 4 Baths and accomodates sleeping for up to 18 people. Pull right into the 3-car garage!

Indoors - feel  free  to lounge  in t he Gaming  Room that includes a 42” plasma TV, 3 in 1 Pool, Ping pong, Hocky and Poker  tables.  The  spacious  family room  also  features a 55” Plasma  TV with Roulet, Blackjack and Crap tables for added   entertainment.    Our  Gourment   Kitchen   comes  equipped  with  beautiful  stainless  steel  appliances   and granite  counter tops.  Retreat  to  the  gorgeous master suite with 2 queen sized beds, backyard views, a 32” LCD TV, walk-in  closet,  and private  bath  with jetted tub. There  are four  other  bedrooms:  2 with  king  sized beds, one with 2 queen sized beds and another with 2 full sized beds.  We also include 2 additional roll up beds in the library. 

Outdoors -  our  quite,  cozy a nd  spacious  ½  acre  quiet  backyard  awaits  you!   Take a dip in the PRIVATE inground POOL/SPA.  Enjoy  yourself  on  the  putting  green  and/or play  a game of hoops at the basketball net.  Or simply relax under  a  covered,  tiled  patio  and   enjoy  a  meal prepared on the large, stainless steel, gas grill.   This is the perfect entertaining house!
